Paddy Makes Breakfast has been released! And what better way to celebrate than wake up the next day, test it, and find bugs? Not to worry, though. Bugs have been fixed in this update, with a few hours left before the Spooktober Game Jam deadline (phew).

List of the updates:

- Fixed bug where kitchen items come with Paddy to the Garden and Mrs. Potts' place.

- Paddy no longer awkwardly faces the corner of the Garden screen.

- No matter the order, as soon as we have all the ingredients we'll go on to the next stage.

- Minor animation timing fixes.

- General file and code cleanup, including removing placeholders and unused animation. So, game should be a bit smaller (and easier for me to update later).

There were a few things I wanted to add to Paddy but given the jam timeframe they had to be set aside. But here's a few of them, planned for the post-jam update:

- Add two other recipes: Fruity Porridge and Fruity Crepes.

- Add the recipes' associated items, drag groups, and clickable hiding places (Paddy's drawers will become unstuck... No, not undergarments).

- Mini animations for the ingredient preparation and cooking (you'll get to see water boiling! Wow!)

- Minor fixes and general code cleanup.

And that's it! I'll write up a Retrospective / Postmortem post in the near future. These help me reflect on the whole process, and if anyone finds it interesting, great! Now, like Paddy, I have been missing the Sun. I need to step away from this computer or I will wither and die.
