I'm here after playing along with MisterShins and wanted to leave a review on the ending we all achieved on stream! It was absolutely charming, the right amount of unease and whimsy, and goodness Mrs. Potts, she's just so... beautiful. Beautiful.

The art style and animations were really nice too. Everything just came together for this really fun cooking game, that is totally ordinary! Hehe.

I love Paddy! There's nothing Paddy can't do!

Ahh! Thank you! I'm so pleased you enjoyed it. I love Paddy, too. Paddy is precious. Thank you for the lovely comments. I look forward to playing your Spooktober entry soon too! <3

This was such a fun game! I love how playful the narrative is; it's slightly unsettling but mostly tongue-in-cheek, and The Horrors are presented in a whimsical and almost matter-of-fact way; it was a lot of fun to read.

The art style for this is really nice, too. It looks simple, but there's a lot of detail in the backgrounds (and the ending animation is nice too, there's so much going on.

The game looks simple but it's clear a lot of thought and effort went into it; I enjoyed it a lot. Thank you for making it!

I'm really glad you liked all these parts that brought it together, and that you enjoyed playing through it! Thank you for your lovely comments. They mean a lot :)

Outright cackled when I got to the end. This is the most adorable-slash-disturbing game I may have ever played. Well done, Paddy. I knew you could do it. 💚

Woop, don't know where my original response to this disappeared off to (edit: ah in jam comments heh). Thank you! <3

This was so cute omg! I was expecting something horror to happen anytime, but this wasn't the direction i was expecting, and i love it! Great job with the story and the visuals! I really liked the atmosphere you did with all the graphics in the game!

Thank you! Yeah, it's a tricky thing to mix cosy-cute and unease. I was afraid it just wouldn't mesh in the end, but it looks like it did so I am so relieved. I'm glad you enjoyed it, people enjoying it is really the best I could ask for :)

I really enjoyed your cozy-turned-horror game! The art style is wonderful and endearing, the hidden object/drag and drop elements are fun, and the dialogue is witty and entertaining.

I was also wowed by the ending sequence - the different endings were all delightfully creepy. You managed to pack a lot of brilliant spooky concepts into a short but memorable experience. Good luck in the jam!

And thank you for including my music tracks in your game! I'm glad they could be a part of your project. :)

I'm so glad you enjoyed it :) Paddy just wouldn't feel the same without your wonderful music, thank you! <3

This was really fun! I loved all of the subtle background worldbuilding as you’re collecting ingredients. I hope you expand on it - I’d love to play a longer version!

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it! Info on a future update is on recent devlog; no plans to expand on single playthrough length but certainly more recipes and animation.
